Edamame Dip with Won-Ton crisps


  • 1 cup cooked edamame
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 jalapeño pepper
  • 1 pack de won-ton
  • Canola oil
  • Traditional Blend




  1. In the mixer, purée the edamame, garlic and coriander.
  2. Scrape the wall with a spatula, add the lemon juice and avocado, yogurt and jalapeño pepper and mix.
  3. Season generously with pepper and salt and mix again.


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut each won-ton in half, diagonally, and coat each side with oil.
  3. Sprinkle crisps with traditional blend and bake for 7 to 8 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden.
